Finding the best therapist is all about fit.

The relationship you build with your therapist is central to your therapy. In fact, research has shown it to be among the most robust predictors of success in therapy. Unfortunately, sometimes the relationship is just not a good fit.

If you are currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist at Seattle Anxiety Specialists and you would like to switch to a different provider on our team, or add an additional provider, you may reach out to our office here or follow these easy steps:

1) Click “Appointments” above and go to the sign-up page.

2) When asked to select if you are a new or existing client, click the “I’m a new client” option.

3) Then, sign up for the available slot using a different email address than the one you used to sign up last time (note that many email providers allow you to use an “email alias” that will make this process easy, see for example this blog post from Google about creating an email alias is Gmail).
